Please contact us through our official LINE or contact form, and let us know the title of the work you wish to purchase, the type of product, and its size, as indicated at the bottom of the gallery photo.
We will check if we can ship to your requested country. If it is possible, we will send you an estimate and invoice including shipping costs per shipping area.
Payments are to be made via Paypal.
After confirming your payment, we will place an order with the factory.
As soon as we know the shipping schedule, we will contact you via Naon’s official LINE or e-mail.
Once shipped out of the factory, they are shipped back to us.
Then we ship them back to you. After shipping, we will provide you with a tracking number.

Product orders will be placed after payment is confirmed.
Arrival and departure may be delayed due to weather conditions.
International shipping is also available.
An additional fee is required for international shipping.
Defects other than initial defects cannot be handled. Please note that we cannot accept cancellations after an order has been placed due to complete build-to-order production.

Please note that each print media has a fixed size, and the height and width of the photo may be cropped to fit the size of the media.
Please be assured that we will attach a photographic image of the product in your desired size at the time of quotation before production.
